Any person can access our website minutebooksrecords.com. However, unless a visitor has the username and password you selected during your subscription registration, no visitor will have access to your subscription account. 

You, as a subscription user, can access our website's home page and browse our site without disclosing any personal data you chose to enter in your workbook. There is no way a user can make their personal workbook data accessible to our main webpage. If a user is experiencing an error in which they believe is caused by an online criminal, it is expected of the user to report to the MinuteBooks Records team as soon as possible. Our website does not enable our visitors to identify or contact our subscription users in any format.

Our website does not enable other subscription members to communicate or post information to be accessed by others within the website or workbook. 

Our company does have company social media outlets that we invite members and general website visitors to follow. It is up to the user or visitor to chose to follow our social media outlets. MinuteBooks Records takes tremendous effort to minimize or eliminate any and all negative remarks via social networking sites. Though we go through extended lengths to monitor social media communication between clients, MinuteBooks Records is in no way associated with any follower we may obtain via these social networking sites. MinuteBooks Records and MinuteBooks Records Employees can not be held liable, in any way, for comments, information, communications, media, etc. that are sent from a person outside of our administration.   

We ask that you report any confrontation or inappropriate behavior to the proper social media outlets, and to our team so that we may investigate and offer assistance where capable.    

Third-Party Services and Links of our Web site

Our website includes hyperlinks to different third-party services and providers. Such third party web service providers may ask you to collect personal data. It is solely your choice to enter your personal information. Our company is not associated in any way with third-party vendors. We can not be held liable for any altercations or complications while using such sites.
